We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Compliance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to Payroll compliance and vendor audit processes, making it an excellent opportunity to build a strong career foundation in statutory compliance.

📝 Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in ESIC compliance verification for vendors

✔ Review and audit ESIC challans, returns, and statutory documents

✔ Ensure vendors adhere to statutory compliance norms

✔ Coordinate with vendors for document collection and clarifications

✔ Support vendor audit reports and compliance tracking

✔ Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation

✔ Assist seniors in internal and external audits

✔ Stay updated with ESIC rules and regulatory changes
